ACE & Co. Founder Antoinette Ellis Selected for the EY Entrepreneurs Access Network 2026 Canadian Cohort

Toronto, ON — Antoinette Ellis, CEO and Co-Founder of ACE & Co., has been selected as part of the EY Entrepreneurs Access Network 2026 Canadian cohort, a business accelerator program supporting Black, Indigenous, Pan-Asian and Latino entrepreneurs across Canada.

Operated annually by EY Canada, the program helps entrepreneurs scale their businesses through strategic coaching, networking opportunities, and access to resources focused on sustainable growth.

ACE & Co. is a Canadian social enterprise that empowers women and girls in STEAM through leadership development, public speaking, arts integration, and entrepreneurship programming. Through workshops, coaching, scholarships, and strategic partnerships, the organization bridges education and industry while helping individuals build confidence and leadership skills for the future workforce.

The EY Entrepreneurs Access Network was created to help address barriers to funding, capital, and connections that many underrepresented entrepreneurs continue to face. The one-year program combines an educational curriculum with one-on-one coaching and networking opportunities designed to support long-term business success.
